Great hotel on a fantastic location.
Pros: Good sized room. Complimentary water, wine, coke and snacks. Great location for central London. Knowledgeable staff in the bar. Staff polite throughout the hotel. Cons: No USB port in the room. Air Conditioning not working in the room and not fixed throughout my stay. I suspect it had been like this for a day or so. Only concession was more fans. Think a room change or a credit / partial refund should have been considered. Piece of popcorn on the floor in room on arrival. Still there the following day after cleaning….

Отличный отель в фантастическом месте.
Pros: Хороший по размеру номер. Бесплатная вода, вино, кола и закуски. Отличное расположение в центре Лондона. Компетентный персонал в баре. Вежливый персонал на протяжении всего пребывания в отеле. Cons: Нет USB-порта в номере. Кондиционер не работал в номере и не починили за все мое пребывание. Подозреваю, что это было так день или около того. Единственным уступкой было больше вентиляторов. Думаю, стоило рассмотреть смену номера или возмещение части стоимости. Зерно попкорна на полу в номере по прибытии. Оно все еще было там на следующий день после уборки...

Great Location. Very comfortable.
Pros: Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very spacious. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Location was right near Tube station. Nice view from the room. The lemon candies in the lobby were a highlight. :) Cons: At 3p, our room was not cleaned and we had to sit in the waiting room until they were done. Front desk staff was very helpful in getting this done quickly.
