Pros: Great location. Great staff. More than comfortable Cons: Not a lot of the food was great but some of it was not fresh.

Pros: Breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly and helpful, nice bar area, room was comfortable and bathroom good. Good location and plenty of parking. Cons: I was happy with everything.

Nice hotel

Pros: The cleanliness of this hotel. The ambiance and restaurant. Cons: Just far from town but a train journey could fix during the day and taxi at night.

Everything they offer in excellent standard!

Pros: One of the best stay in Britain for us. They have everything. Friendly and kind staff. Made us feel so good and gave us positive feeling. Thank you! Cons: Nothing really

Pros: The staff are amazing, the lady at breakfast, Liz I think, is so helpful and friendly. I like the fact I can get to the beach in a 5 minute walk and leave my car parked free, and catch the train into Liverpool City centre at Waterloo station for just over a £5 return. Room service with no charge for meals/drinks in the room. Cons: Nothing I didn't like
