Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Lounge option gave us free drinks for a good part of the evening. Would highly recommend.

Amazing hotel with a good onsen. Their lounge access is very nice, unlimited drinks and snacks from 5-9pm day will stay here again

Such a lovely hotel and pretty close to most things either with a short train or bus ride which both are just at your door. Staff were super friendly and helpful
