Great location, dated property.

Pros: Great location. The suite was spacious. Cons: Staff communication was poor. We'd asked for a roll-away bed and were told it would be sent shortly. Had to call multiple times and when the staff showed up they were still confused about it and didn't quite get it. The batch tub side cover was falling apart/not properly fixed. There was a light bulb out in the room (which we called to have replaced).

Comfortable and nice stay for me and mom's Boston trip

We really liked the size of the room, the location with relation to the train/subway stop, and the location on the Charles River which made for nice morning walks.

Not what I expected.

Pros: View was terrible for what I paid and I paid in advance for the best deals I've stayed in a lot of hotels. In Boston this was the worst construction going on no AC in lobby it was in the high 90s thought I was getting a suite for the price I paid 2 months before I am totally dissatisfied. Cons: Room service was good the parking was great.
