Pros: Great hotel and rooms Cons: I am still waiting after 25 days for the hotel to return my deposit / hold they take at check in. This is post me chasing number of times. Absolutely abysmal service.

Really nice place to visit...once
Pros: The hotel was beautiful and the service was great. I was there for a conference and the conference rooms were very nice (just really cold) Cons: I would have loved to have breakfast included as part of our stay! The restaurant inside the hotel had extremely slow service and very pricey. Unfortunately, there weren't many nearby places to eat. A shuttle to the airport would also be very handy
