Pros: Very good location. Quiet, clean, friendly. Good value for money in this price range for London standards. Breakfast and shopping 'around the corner'. 15 minutes walk from Paddington (direct train to Heathrow). Cons: In our room, the power outlets were behind cabinets, making them unusable. Bedside lamps would also be nice.

Pros: The hotel is very well located, and the building itself is beautiful. Staff is super nice! Cons: Unfortunately, the interior facilities are quite outdated and could really benefit from refurbishment. The window in our room was cracked, and despite the hot weather, I didn’t feel comfortable opening it for fear it might break. The kitchenette was also old and in poor condition. The bed was comfortable, which was a plus. However, the bathroom was disappointing: the shower was extremely small, there was built-up grime in the shower, and the ceiling showed signs of damp with visible water sta
