Easy check in, no problems, from 2pm which is very reasonable. I asked if late check out would be available, but was informed I would need to ask in the morning, that is a bit of an inconvenience if you are planning a long lay in. It would be helpful to know the day before. The lock on my door was not working, a member of staff had this fixed straight away. Room modern in decoration Good selection of different lighting in room and bathroom. Air conditioning which can be adjusted. Blackout curtains, fridge. Bed and pillows very comfortable. First of all 10/10 I’ll definitely be back again

First of all 10/10 I’ll definitely be back again. The food was really good , the hotel was nice and clean and the rooms were lovely . However they are currently under renovation so most if not all activities were closed and only one restaurant was open causing the dining options to be limited by default . However I would like to return when renovations are completed to get the full experience of a stay there. Staff were lovely and very attentive and professional.
