Great Service!

We had a wonderful stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Jeremy at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional from the moment we arrived. Jeremy went above and beyond to answer our questions, assist with anything we needed, and make us feel welcome throughout our stay. His positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made our experience more enjoyable.

My stay was not the way I planned it.

The hotel restaurant and business center was not accessible due to remodeling, and I was not told that before I drove to Houston. I had planned to eat at the hotel and catch up on work.

Don't stay here until the remodel is complete.

Pros: Room had been remodeled, it was nice. However, the soap dispenser in shower was broken. Simple fix. Housekeeping should have reported it. Cons: The lobby and elevators are being renovated and it was a mess. I was hoping to use the cute lobby bar on the photos online. It was closed. Call ahead. If still being remodeled, stay somewhere else.
