Hôtel typique au coeur de Westminster !
Pros: Idéalement situé, au coeur de Westminster. Très propre et calme , nous avons tout ce dont nous avons besoin dans la chambre. Pour Londres, la chambre est vraiment spacieuse. Nous avons apprécié d'avoir tous les jours du thé, café et petits biscuits. Lieu vraiment typique avec son pub où nous prenions le petit déjeuner, excellent d'ailleurs. C'est un hôtel 3 étoiles avec des prestations 4 étoiles, surtout pour Londres.
C'est certain, nous reviendrons !
Cons: Le seul petit bémol, la fenêtre qui ne s'ouvre pas. Lorsqu'il fait chaud, ce n'est pas grave, il y a la climatisation. Mais l'hiver
This is a beautiful hotel for old world charm but modern comforts. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the nice espresso available in the room even though breakfast is included. The location can't be beat because you are so close to major sites and underground stops are right nearby to get you most everywhere else. My husband thought the Scotch egg in the restaurant was top notch and they were very accommodating of my gluten allergy. We love this hotel and will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was fantastic and made it so easy to explore London. Our room was very clean, and I loved all of the toiletries and little amenities provided.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and our room had large windows that brought in so much natural light. We also loved the view from our room.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Between the location, comfortable room, beautiful natural light, and great service, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to London!
Room was clean, towels were refreshed, bathrobes made available, ac worked great
Pros: Location, conveniently located to the sites and easy access via public transportation to Heathrow. Pub downstairs was great for food at night if too tired to seek out a place to eat after a long day.
Cons: They are not in WhatsApp- all communication is thru email and with the time change it can be inconvenient.
Great location and quaint hotel.
Pros: The location was right where you want to be to be able to walk to many attractions. Also close to the subways.
Cons: Going through the bar area to get to the hotel section.
