Pros: The thing we were happiest about regarding the hotel was meeting Mr. Rob, who welcomed us at the door, answered all our questions, and helped us with the issue we experienced, even going as far as assisting us in speaking with the manager. He is not only very kind and friendly, but after our very first conversation, he already knew our names, which shows how intelligent and attentive he is. In addition to his manner of speaking and politeness, especially with his attire, he looks almost like a member of the House of Lords. If he ever comes to Türkiye one day, we would be delighted to wel

Love the ambiance and location of the Savoy - perfect for exploring or catching a show

Pros: Fantastic location, really friendly staff, amazing food Cons: Careful about the breakfast - it’s a-la-carte ( which quickly adds up, even on refills ! ) unless you have a breakfast deal.

Me my wife and daughter had an amazing 2 night stay at the savoy. The service is out of this world.
