Fun Historic Getaway
Pros: Loved the history, historic building and the great bar. Cons: Very few floors had working ice or drink machines and the staff didn't seem to know where the working ones were. At this price, in such a property, EVERY floor should have working, accessible amenities. Additionally, signage and access to the parking garage could be vastly improved. Once parked there was no signage at stairwells or elevator to indicate how to reach the hotel. It was a minor irritation but again, this is basic hospitality management and the price was not basic by any accounting.

Business Event at the Historic Seelbach Hilton Louisville
The Seelbach Hilton Louisville is an absolute gem and beautiful hotel. Everyone that I interacted with, from the front desk, restaurant/bar, to housekeeping, were great! I was there for a business event and Virginia, Express Meetings Manager, was a tremendous help to me planning this event from many states away. Answering all of my questions and concerns that come with planning a several day business meeting. She even offered to stop by a restaurant on her way home to check on a reservation because I couldn't get the restaurant to call me back to confirm. Next Level Service!
