Beyond fabulous. Your staff are an absolute credit to the hotel- they cannot do enough
Pros: I don’t even know where to start. Kelly on reception was phenomenal, get customer service is beyond excellent. The hotel itself is stunning, clean, tidy, the food as arranged by Kelly was absolutely amazing. Location is superb. We just loved this place Cons: Room was a little small however only a very minor criticism as we would stay in the same room again
Pros: The breakfast, which was included in our rate, was first class. Plenty of choice and well presented. The hotel w had a car park which we used. The hotel was a 7 minute walk from the train/underground station. It was less than a mile from Richmond Park and Kew Gardens respectively. Cons: The room was a little on the small side but this was made clear when booking. It was perfectly adequate for our needs. It was extremely clean, as was the bathroom which contained an over-bath shower.
