An exceptional experience that felt like stepping into another world!
Pros: Wow is all I can say about Sense Fuji. From the moment we arrived, it felt like stepping into another world. The team were incredibly attentive and genuinely seemed to anticipate your needs before you even asked. On one occasion, we simply sat in the reception area and a pot of tea appeared without us requesting it. Nothing was too much trouble, and throughout our stay we felt completely looked after. The villa experience was outstanding. Meals were cooked on the terrace and served in the privacy of our room, making every meal feel special and personal. The level of service was among the

Pros: The cabins are isolated and you get the feeling that you are alone. The staff are nice and helpful, and if you choose to order any of their meals (Breakfast or dinner) you get a full in-room service (when we were there it was raining so I can only assume that in good weather it is served on the balcony of the room. Cons: The room that we took was with a hot tub and a sauna. In actual, it required a lot of manual work as we needed to fill in the hot tub (which makes it feel like you're just taking a bath outdoors) also the Sauna had to be operated by us with firewood (and was actually in

Excellent and a memorable stay
Pros: We were blown away by the views, the facilities, the thought put into many little provisions that made our stay memorable Cons: Tiny bit- the shower arrangement lacks an enclosure and causes spills
