Really bad experience at this hotel
Pros: Staff couldn’t speak English 😫 WiFi was awful 😞 Answering the phone was awful For get some ice ,it took more than 1 hour Cons: It was not anything for like. Only location was perfect

Pros: Le personnel très acccueillant et serviable, L'emplacement idéal Cons: Nous avons choisi une chambre avec vue panoramique sur Pearl Tower et la skyline. La vue ne correspondait cependant pas aux photos car la chambre était située uniquement au 16ème étage. La vue sur la skyline était donc partielle. Au regard du prix de la chambre cela est particulièrement décevant et a impacté la note globale de cette hôtel.
