They are all wonderful, they know how to listen, empathize, and solve any inconvenience. From the check-in, Beatriz solved the problem of the room that did not have good accessibility in the bathroom, but she got me a room that was perfect, Nikole got me tools to adjust the wheelchair. Other girls helped us to check-in online. The guys in the cafeteria are wonderful, as well as all the staff work

After the room upgrade, everything was perfect !!
