It is a place out of the ordinary attended by teams of polite and always willing to help people

For me, the most remarkable thing was the exquisite attention of a whole team of young people who assisted us, helping us to solve the inconveniences to which I am always exposed as a wheelchair user. They are all wonderful, they know how to listen, empathize, and solve any inconvenience. From the check-in, Beatriz solved the problem of the room that did not have good accessibility in the bathroom, but she got me a room that was perfect, Nikole got me tools to adjust the wheelchair. Other girls helped us to check-in online. The guys in the cafeteria are wonderful, as well as all the staff work

Don’t stay if you want air conditioning

Pros: Hotel was new Cons: There is no air conditioning despite advertising it. Room was so hot
