Disappointing and declining from what it was
Pros: Good location Big room sizes Comfy bed Cons: Indifferent staff. Often quite hard to get served at the bar as staff too busy talking to each other / complaining about work rather than serving. This is the 4th time I’ve stayed and it has noticeably declined. Unclear why I checked in online as had to repeat the process again at reception and then the automatic electronic room card ‘cutting’ process didn’t work. Staff then tried and I had to come back to reception 3 times as the card didn’t work. Whilst I understand these things happen, there was no apology that I had to trek back down 3
