Disappointing
Pros: Not much Cons: The location attracts a lot of homeless people, breakfast included but not really, valet and mini water bottles: $5 (ridiculous considering room prices), cramped lobby

Not good value.
Pros: Modern contemporary. Cons: Staff not overly friendly. Next door to a public health center, the neighborhood wasn't safe to walk around in the evening
All in all a good hotel. Only downside was the cleaning policy.
Pros: Great location and lovely room. Cons: On our second night we came back to a room that had not been cleaned. It was explained to us that rooms were only cleaned every other night. Unusual and disappointing for a hotel of this standard, however, the staff were understanding and made up for it during breakfast.
Decent city center hotel - good location but could be tricky for young families.
Pros: Staff were really friendly - welcoming and very helpful with some local tips for food and drink. Cons: Not the property's fault but the location is a tricky one. Really well located but a lot of open-air drug use in the surrounding area which could be a bit intimidating for young families.
Would love to return and I'd recommend to anyone visiting the Seattle area!
Great central location, comfortable quiet rooms with attentive and helpful staff.
