Pros: 2 bed 2 bath and lounge suited our needs Cons: the needle exchange and homeless centre didnt enhance the stay the bathroom only had cold water at the time of our stay

Pros: Overall reasonable value Cons: Next door to night shelter, which was a little concerning when having to pass the queue waiting to get in for the evening . But they did not cause problems

good central location and comfortable little apartment

Pros: apartment was pleasant. staff was responsive and nice. extra supplies like towels, bedding, etc were easily obtained. Cons: the operation of the heating system was not intuitive and we could not really figure out how to get the temperatures where we wanted them, even after help from the building engineer. but he was really nice and patient with us when he tried to show us how it worked.
