Wonderful
I stayed at The St. Regis Shanghai for a business trip, and the experience was fantastic. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. When my travel plans were disrupted by a typhoon, forcing me to book an extra night, the team went above and beyond to accommodate me and let me stay in the exact same room without any hassle. It was a very pleasant stay despite the weather, and I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be back next year.

Problem
I'm staying at your hotel and i'm stressed out. You made me problem when i checked in. You insist me pay again my room ( i paid it already) i informed you that i' m pregnant nobody helped me. They waited me 4 hours for check in my room becouse of the mistake they made
