Lovely hotel, very classic formal in feel
Pros: Everything was clean, the staff was super helpful, and we felt well taken care of. The hotel is well located, though keep in mind it's in an alley with a dead end. It was tricky for us to get out of there with the rental car. Cons: I personally had no problem with my room, but my parents had minor inconveniences. It wasn't the most cozy stay, but really don't have major complaints.

Constantly living up to expectations. Superb location, staff and stay.
Pros: This has become a regular stay for my family and I when we are in London. Positioned right next to Mayfair and all the high end parts of London, we love the location, rooms and staff. In a previous review I labelled this hotel ad having old English charm which I maintain. It’s exceptional with class all round. Cons: There’s nothing to not like. It’s a 10/10 for us.
