Poor. Room 1 not fit for purpose
Pros: Some staff friendly. Food good Cons: Noise coming from fan that constantly went on and off all day and night. One of our party went outside to sleep in vehicle because the noise was so bad. Shower near impossible to control temperature, dangerous as this is a family room!

Good value for money hotel.
Pros: Great value for money. Great location in Carnoustie. The hotel was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Cons: The décor is dated, the bathroom was small and could do with renovating.
