Great Stay in Lovely Pub

Pros: This is a lovely community pub with a nice garden and lovely food. The rooms are above the pub via a different entrance and our room was spotless with a very comfy bed and a good large shower. There were tea and coffee making facilities with complimentary bottles of water, biscuits etc. The pub is in a residential street which was very quite of an evening. The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Real value for money. The bus stop is literally a 5:min walk away to take you into Brighton so very easy to travel back and forward.
