Hitchin centre.

In town, good location. Rooms and corridors dated-possibly due to the hotel been old and having planning restrictions. Car park can be tricky to get a space when busy.

Lovely couple of days in Hitchin

We had a twin room which was not in the main building. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and the bathroom was very nice. Everything you would want. We didn't eat in the pub or have breakfast as we were going to an early afternoon event which was serving food. We did have a drink and were surprised at the price of the drinks. They were very reasonable. There was a Wetherspoons next door so maybe that was due to the competition. We were right in the centre of Hitchin, which is a lovely place. Some very nice shops and really interesting. We were there for 2 days and had a ve

Needs some attention

Downstairs bar area / outside great. Rooms amd especially bathroom dated, old, dirty.... Staff very friendly and helpful.
