A magical, fairy-tale experience in the heart of Canterbury, full of historic charm, character and unforgettable atmosph
Pros: A charming historic hotel in a fantastic location, full of character and old-world elegance. We loved the unique atmosphere, the beautiful traditional wooden bed and the feeling of stepping back in time. It was wonderful to stay in a place with such a rich history, where Charles Dickens himself once stayed. Great central location
Pros: Great location to attend our daughter’s graduation at the nearby Cathedral. Cons: Nothing to say against the hotel. Amazing building, so quirky and steeped in history
Pros: Great location, nice breakfast Cons: Very difficult to find the entrance. Had to ring to find it was next door with a very small sign outside a different property
One minute from the Cathedral will everything Canterbury has to offer within a short walk.
Pros: Location and quirkiness were great. Cons: All was lovely.
