Very hot in the room but 2 fans provided and a bucket of ice .. thrilled with the detail ..

All round great hotel

Pros: Enjoyed our stay here, staff were really friendly, food was good and location was superb. Excellent location for Heathrow, booked a very early morning taxi that the hotel recommended and again service was excellent, regular communication from the driver arrived on time and the driver was pleasant. This was our first stay here and will return when flying from Heathrow. Cons: N/a

Relaxing, comfortable, delicious!

Pros: We loved the restaurant and river views. The friendly and helpful staff were great. The breakfast menu was one of the best we have experienced in the UK for variety and very nicely presented. We also liked the choice of lighter meals. Good value for money. Thank you! Cons: The room was very small and there was no view from the windows. But okay if you were looking for a cosy room. We accepted this as it was a very fair price. The shortage of parking might have been an issue but we were lucky and found spaces. The parking permit system and 4 hours free is very good for a London suburb. Th

The Swan is a piece of paradise just outside London. The people there are super kind, food and drink are just perfect.
