Pros: Polite staff, food and beer excellent. Cons: Nice room but a little small.

very enjoyable, relaxing, friendly excellent breakfast & evening meals

Pros: location, atmosphere, staff, excellent food Cons: Room coffee tea not replaced next day, (was provided when I asked) room was not cleaned after 1st night, bath plug did not work correctly. No bath or shampoo products this was a problem as I brought my own.

Pros: Reasonable pub room. Beds comfortable. Cons: No food available Sunday evening.

The bar, restaurant and outside space were spacious and a pleasant environment. The food and service were to a high standard. The location was ideal for visiting the Malverns and surrounding area.
