The Swan Taphouse

Pros: Very central accommodation for all things Ironbridge Gorge. The staff were extremely helpful (especially Darryl who was very generous at mealtime) and the breakfast was very good. The smart TV was a nice bonus. Very good value for a family of four during a bank holiday weekend. Cons: The accommodation section of the pub is becoming a bit faded with fading walls and kicked in carpets. The bathroom was really tatty (and without a shower) and - like the rest of the 'hotel' could really do with some TLC

Pros: Quirky old building with character. Parking. Good breakfast with pleasant staff for a change Cons: Security not too good . Yard gate and rear door not locked at night so anyone can get in the building

The room was lovely.u had to go to the pub 3 doors down for breakfast mont house.It was amazing the food was large and u had a choice of the menu.well done 👩‍🍳 and the waiting on staff.The swan tap evening food was amazing well done 👨‍🍳 burgers and the sunday dinner was f.... amazing.well worth it.waiting on staff were lovely.music in both pubs.well done team.

Pleasant Overnight Stay In Ironbridge.

Pros: Great location, free on-site parking, friendly staff, spacious room, good breakfast. Cons: No lift, steep stairs and some low ceilings - Worth noting for the elderly and less able.
