Pros: Friendly staff we did a surprise visit for our granddaughter Jade 30th birthday they did all they could to accommodate us great venue clean rooms great food would definitely stay again !10/10👍 Cons: Would like to have had another fan in the room but we didn’t ask for one which I’m sure they would have gave us !

Pros: We had a two night stay
Pros: We had a two night stay. The room was clean, good size room and comfy bed. Cons: The bathroom was a little tired but functioned well.

Pros: Location was perfect for us
Pros: Location was perfect for us. Comfortable room. Nice staff with a great atmosphere. Super gardens with lovely hanging baskets etc. Cons: Parts of room were a bit scruffy. Paint peeling, broken tiles, loose headboard, skirting round bath split and dirty. Breakfast starts at 0930?- blimey, that's nearly lunchtime. Don't let any of this detract from the fact that this hotel is friendly and attractive. It just needs a makeover in Tawney Owl room. Morning staff said it was due to be decorated.
