We were unlucky to have a fire while we were there and had to evacuate the building. There was little information relate
Pros: The location Cons: No room service after 10.00pm, air conditioning was working but we weren’t able to make the temperature change.

Great location, poor hotel amenities
Pros: Location fabulous Cons: Double standard rooms were completely inconsistent. We stayed for a wedding and there were 30/40 plus guests but all had different amenities which is very poor. We had no fridge, no gown and slippers, poorly working air-conditioning and a small room. Many guests had to ask to change/upgrade. The Vu Bar closed very early and was not prepared to serve residents after 12 midnight and always wanted you to leave asap, not welcoming. The Hotel needs a complete upgrade as not enough sockets, no USB ports and TV remote not working, not fit for purpose as a modern hotel. R
