Cons: the property needs a full deep clean
Good, however paid £65 for early check in and it wasn’t ready. No water on check out day and landlord parked outside mak
Pros: Location and good facilities good. Cons: The space and bedrooms
Improvement of air flow would do wonders!
Pros: Spacious, nicely decorated Cons: We went in the heatwave and the rooms were extremely hot. No fans in the property. All fire doors so couldn’t keep any doors open. The blind in the front bedroom was broken so we couldn’t raise it to let some air in from the open window. The rest of the property was fine and in decent condition.
Needs some money spending on it and a good clean. Shame as location is great.
Pros: The location was fantastic for the town centre. Free parking is great. Cons: The house is tired and needs a bit of money spending on it. The couch is really uncomfortable, one of the beds has a huge dent in the mattress. There was not enough cutlery for a 4 bedroom house and the standard of cleaning wasn't the best. Communications were generally poor, although they were polite enough and did get back to you they weren't particularly helpful. Late checkout is misleading, its says '£25 for a few extra hours' but they only give you one extra hour.
Pros: It's got ample space to accommodate all my family. Cons: Nothing really
