3rd TIME A CHARM
Do not book at this hotel this is my third and final time booking here. Rooftop and dining area has been closed all three times. This was the first time that there was no valet and that was horrible because I woke up to a boot on my vehicle twice for parking in the lot across the street, which charges 56 dollars a day. And 130.00 to remove the boot the parking is expense and the room was too. We didn't get our room clean one day out of our three day stay. The Elevator was broke the number 5 was missing and we just happen to be on the fifth floor.

BEWARE.......This hotel is so horrible when I say I was so pisss Cannot reach customer service at all. I only get an AI bot. when I arrive to the hotel I told them that i been trying to call them they say o yes I phone don't work how people post to get in contact with you guy she said they cant I email them no responded back when I check into my room nothing was working the tv nor the bathroom light or the phone in the room or no Wi-Fi . The Amenities wasn't available for use to the guest. I had to ask why my room wasn't clean my first night the front desk said you have to ask for it wow I sp

I'm not sure if this hotel is going through some sort of transition or sell, but I was just a guest June 11-14th, 2026, The room itself was nice...BUUUTTTT there were no lights in hallway of room, no phone services to contact lobby, if needing new towels or any emergencies and I was on the 14th floor. I had to literally go down to the lobby to request fresh towels or inform them of issues. No ice machine on floors, No microwave in room. However, there was a small one on 2nd Fl, lounge area, so small, I had to take my cup of coffee, top off to put into the microwave in order to heat it up. Tha

Worst Birthday EVER!!!
My husband booked this hotel to celebrate my birthday over the Memorial Day weekend. Immediately upon check-in we noticed that the bathroom was dirty, the facet in the bathroom was broken (no cold water here) and there were stains on our sheets. We also observed employees indulging in marijuana at the entrance of the hotel - right next to the "no smoking" sign. Valet? No, thanks - I'll park my own car, thank you.
