Great stay
Location was excellent for shops and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and hotel room was large

Highly recommended
Pros: Super friendly staff. After check-out I noted that I had forgotten my charging cable and went back to pick it up. The staff offered free coffee while waiting for the room service people to bring it down. Super! Cons: I didn't figure out how to control the temperature in my room, and the windows could not be opened.

Nice staff but limited confort in the room
Pros: Le personnel attentionné et très sympa Cons: Très mauvaise literie. Pas d'armoire pour ranger ses affaires, pas de quoi pendre ses vêtements. Pas de nettoyage de la chambre chaque jour. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi cet hotel est 4 étoiles, je le catégoriserais 2 étoiles ou à peine 3 étoiles. Rue mal fréquentée le soir, c'était sale.
