A pleasant stay nothing spectacular
Pros: Check in very straight forward staff were very friendly and helpful Afternoon platter was delicious and room was adequate Cons: Requested on two occasions for new batteries in TV remote still not done If you would like to order from breakfast menu extra charges apply and no longer receive morning tea in teapot you have to fill up from hot jugs The little luxuries that made the Vermont special seem to have disappeared

Pros: Welcoming staff. Nice rooms with everything you need Cons: Cleaners making noise on the morning. Above not open despite advertised eveywhere

Quite Overpriced and requires revamp
Pros: Good food, historic building, and friendly staff. Cons: Ongoing renovations making noise from 8am, non functional phone in room, tired and dusty rooms with wallpaper pealing, and high price for accommodation and food.
Pros: We loved everything about this hotel and the staff were amazing. The hotel itself was very clean and tidy and they were able to cater for my dietary needs. As a coeliac, I was able to have a nice cooked breakfast and the staff were very knowledgeable about coeliacs and gluten free. Cons: We loved everything.
