The View

Pros: Quiet during the night. Staff all polite & helpful. Food to a high standard. Everything you would need was in the room. Room well designed. Appreciated a socket to charge my phone beside my bed. Cons: The rooms are directly underneath the bar area. It does go quiet after 10•30pm & I knew that before I booked & that was not the issue. But come 7•30am the cleaning would start & you would hear tables being moved & the Henry Hoover being banged against the skirtings. I was getting up anyway but please be aware of the noise & location of the rooms when the cleaning is being done. I don't inte

Nice location and great view from the clean and tidy room. Lack of wi-fi let it down for me.

Pros: The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Nice view onto the golf course. Evening meal in the bar was good ad breakfast was available in the morning (I didn't have it though). Cons: The wi-fi didn't work in my room and the cellular signal was soo weak that I couldn't hot spot on my phone. The staff showed little interest in investigating the wi-fi issue. Getting to the rooms is through the bar. Not ideal if you've got much luggage (or the bar is busy). The shower head rail fixing was loose, so the shower head would drop down.

Excellent value rooms and restaurant

Restaurant on site meant no need to travel in to town. Great views over golf course and beyond.
