Pros: The property is located close to the service area, where I have some work. Cons: They never respond to your questions through the app messages. I booked the property for two nights, but I only stayed for one night. I requested a refund for the second night, but I haven’t received any response.

Pros: The hotel is a good choice if you had a long busy day, as the bedroom is quiet, clean and comfortable. Cons: The repeated poor variety choices in breakfast. The limited gym The small pool

Cons: The internet connection is extremely poor and unreliable. In some rooms, there is almost no Wi-Fi signal at all, and the mobile network coverage is also very weak or completely unavailable. This makes it very difficult to stay connected or even use basic online services. For a hotel, especially nowadays, reliable internet access should be considered an essential service. Unfortunately, this has been another disappointing part of my stay.

Pros: Some staff members are friendly, smiling, and very helpful, while unfortunately, others are quite the opposite and need to improve the way they deal with guests. Cons: Unfortunately, my experience with the service was not as good as I expected. The refrigerator in my room was not working, and despite reporting the issue, it took a very long time to resolve. I had to stay awake until around 3:00 AM waiting for the refrigerator to be replaced. I believe this situation could have been handled much more professionally and efficiently, especially since guests should not have to stay awake u
