Cons: House keeping is very bad, poor water flow, parking is chargeable despite that it's not crowded area..I don't know for what the hotel got 4 stars
Cons: House keeping is very bad, poor water flow, parking is chargeable despite that it's not crowded area..I don't know for what the hotel got 4 stars. I booked 2 rooms on the same floor for my kids to be close by, and they confirmed, upon arrival they gave rooms at different floor. What in the pictures is different from the true. Not recommended

I like the peaceful experience at the viv, it makes different from other hotel.
Pros: Everything. The pool, the food, the store, the safe parking..very near at disneyland. The peaceful experience at the hotel

It’s a very clean hotel however there’s better and cheaper options.
Pros: Bathroom was clean and room seemed clean overall
Cons: It’s very expensive and there’s a 45 dollar parking fee and they charge you 25 dollars as a destination fee plus taxes which I never even knew about these fees!
