Very relaxing 2 day break

Pros: Lovely breakfast, great location for Lymington, excellent for dog walking and friendly helpful staff Cons: All good

Worst stay anywhere in many years

Pros: Good location, quiet even though next to main road. Clean, large room and good decaf coffee at breakfast. Cons: Quilt and topper over thick & warm - v little sleep. Breakfast - no fruit available on buffet, and vegetarian sausage sandwich was running in a white butter alternative and the vegetarian sausages were uncooked. I ate the 2 mushrooms, left the sandwich, drank the orange juice and departed.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay there

Great location and comfortable accommodation.

Pros: Close to the New Forest and the Lymington town. Food was good but limited in choice during our stay. Easy parking and comfortable room. Staff were always helpful. Cons: Lack of menu choice over our stay.

Excellent and would stop again.

Pros: The location was excellent to get the ferry to the IOW but the area was peaceful and quiet. Loved the artisan cups in the room but the breakfast was more than we expected as my sister is vegan. The staff were very helpful and it was a pity we only stayed for one night. Cons: The view from the room was disappointing but didn't detract from our stay.
