Lovely
Great location. We stayed in the Antrim room 1, this was a lovely big room with a generous adjoining bathroom, well decorated and comfortable. Washing machine and dryer and self service breakfast available, which was very handy!

Beautiful quirky boutique hotel very close to town and Botanica train station.
Location was perfect for shopping and transport

Disappointed. "Fancy" aspects did not make up for how uncomfortable it was, & poor communication.
Pros: Breakfast minimal. Location good. Cons: Communication terrible (tried both emailing a day ahead about reserving parking, and calling at moment of arrival when confused about access) and neither were ever returned/answered. Parking spots were not, in fact, numbered, so we were not sure if our car would be towed or what! If we were informed the building had no elevator, or that our room was on 3rd floor up many stairs, I missed that communication. If you don't travel lightly, or can't manage a lot of stairs, this is not the lodging for you. But mostly, the room was beastly hot, with un-op

Mr Warren let us check in earlier, lots of option for breakfast and vey organised overal.
