Fantastic location for all attractions. Staff were incredible, going above and beyond, always with a smile. It was warm in the rooms, but they had even put a fan in the room. Managed to park 2 cars in carpark behind hotel, so all very easy.
Lovely room, staff and great location
Pros: Great location, Lord Nelson suite was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay. The guest singer (Dan) in the bar was sensensational. Cons: No aircon and limited airflow until ground floor. Guessing it's listed so little can be done but portable aircon in rooms would have been a godsend

Pros: Near shops and cafes,in town,lovely decor,nice staff, Cons: No lift and no fridge and no air conditioning,so room was hot at night
