Polite staff, room was clean and the hotel was overall tidy and clean
Pros: First room I entered smelt of stale water, the reason was water pushing out the plug in the bath, the staff were brilliant and upgraded me to next door Cons: Look very tired, needs a lot of money spent on it very dated, and looks tired
Cons: I have been waiting weeks for a refund as this booking was duplicated. The hotel have told you that it is genuine and sent you permission to refund. Still no refund.

I love my stays but only stay when I can get a good deal as I’m disabled I need a double bed i usually have room 1 for m
Pros: I’m disabled i always stay here i find it comfortable Cons: The only thing I did mention to the staff was the disabled parking there is only 1 space and unfortunately I can’t use it as it’s not dig enough ion a wheelchair user I need wider space to get in and out the car
Staff perfect, owners need to invest more in upkeep
Pros: The staff were absolutely amazing. Very hard working and accommodating going above and beyond in every aspect. Cons: The decor was dated, the lift didn’t work and there were wall paper peeling and dirty stairs.
