This hotel should be closed permanently

Pros: Nothing. Cons: We ended up not being able to stay in our room due to an abundance of black mold and horrible smell. The property is not responding to our emails or phone calls and will not refund our prepaid reservation.

Good location but there is nothing positive to say about the room.

Pros: Location was close to train and bus station. Cons: Nobody is at the desk when you need something or have a question. Carrying luggage to the third floor was difficult I made the reservation in Feb for Sept but unfortunately was assigned a room on the top floor. The door was difficult to open due to the height of the carpet. I was told to put my back into it. I manage to push it open but hit the bathroom door that wasn’t shut and in the way. The room was outdated and needed more plugs for phones. The breakfast was basically toast of some sort and a piece of fruit. A very nice gentlema
