Was ok, disappointed not to be able to eat breakfast even though we had paid for it

Pros: Location great Friendly staff Cons: Tiles in shower floor all broken , Breakfast not good veggie option was frozen mush and poached eggs were more like a fried egg that had sat for long time , went out for breakfast 2nd day even though we had paid for it

Pros: Just Location! Cons: I was very disappointed! A month before my trip, I wrote an email asking for my room not to be on the first floor, and to my surprise, they accommodated me in a room on the FIRST floor. At first, they claimed they hadn't received my email, and I had to show the answer from the hotel, which clearly showed that they tried to lie to me, saying they hadn’t received my request. Besides that, the room was worn out and smelled musty, especially the bathroom. On top of that, I was charged extra money, instead of 50 GBP, the receptionist charged me 68 pounds, which still h
