Safe nice location but too hot and no air conditioning for the price of the hotel is not good enough, I lost lots of sle

Pros: Location Cons: The air con was broken I called reception at 10pm, they said they were coming to look at it and didn’t. 1am I called back as I could not sleep it was 25C in the room! They changed the air con to cool.but it was broken and did nothing. I had to sleep with the window open but it only half opened so air flow was not good.

Pros: Location. Friendly staff Cons: Elevators not working. Appears to be long term issue. Not made aware at time of booking.

Overpriced with so many things missing in the rooms

Pros: Gym was amazing and staff were nice Cons: No fridge, no slippers. Overpriced.

Worst night sleep ever.

Pros: Good location, friendly staff, well equipped room and gym. Cons: The aircon didn’t work and my room was absolutely boiling. The guy said he had fixed it and to expect it to kick in shortly but it definitely didn’t work because I woke up at 4am absolutely boiling as the room was sweltering. There was also a very badly positioned emergency light shining directly at the bed. This meant overall I got very little sleep. I asked the hotel for a partial refund and they said they couldn’t offer this as I could’ve gone to ask a second time for the aircon to be fixed - even if I had it wouldn’t ha
