Pros: It’s always a good central location Cons: Check In Staff should be able to recognize that I have stayed there multiple times.

Worth considering

Pros: Great location near to the river, dining venues and the main shopping plaza. Very clean. Room very spacious. Staff friendly and willing to help. Dining great. Cons: Check whether there is a refrigerator in the bedroom area before booking. Not a great design idea and the compressor disrupted sleep when it cut in and out. No way to turn it off. We asked for it to be switched but it didn’t happen.

Pros: Location 10/10 Facilities are incredible Executive lounge was brilliant, with a good selection of food and drinks available Staff are very friendly and welcoming Cons: Bed was a bit small and on wheels, so it moved when settling into bed and during the night

Pros: Customer service was exceptional. Everyone we encountered was fantastic, so friendly. Cons: We arrived to check in at 3:25pm and our room wasn't ready yet. That was very disappointing when you pay a lot of money for a 1 night stay. The receptionis did give us a $100 credit.
