Miserable
I sent an email, wrote in the chatbox to get in touch with them and ask for a refund for SERIOUS health reasons, no one ever replied. I also sent the medical certificate via email, no response!!!! TERRIBLE. For you, 400 euros are nothing, for me, it's half of my salary.
