Too difficult to enter, Park, and find check in on different floor than the entrance
Pros: not much at all Cons: Parking in basement garage was miserable and expensive! Elevators were difficult to use, no breakfast

Overall Great Stay
Pros: The rooms and beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect. It was right near the Connector and was surprisingly quiet for being right on Fountain Square. Cons: A few things were inaccessible or broken while we were there. The restaurant Ingredients didn't have coffee drinks, only brewed coffee, because of a broken machine, and was closed well before 1pm as we were told. And the lower level restrooms were locked after hours even though we had room keys and were customers of the bar.

More like a one star hotel- I've stayed in motels nicer and more updated.
Pros: The staff was really nice. Cons: Room was old, outdated, bed was really old and uncomfortable, bathroom dirty and the ceiling was falling down. Just gross
