Comfortable large bed, quiet in the room, comfortable, has everything you need, even aroma oil for sleep) quiet air conditioner, polite staff, good music in the bar, pleasant, calm atmosphere, many shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Convenient location. Nearby is a beautiful park with a lake.
Comfortable Rooms, Great Amenities and a Central Location
We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Edina Galleria. Our room was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, including water, toilet paper, plenty of towels and coffee pods. The beds were very comfortable and the comforter was wonderfully warm, perfect for Minnesota winters. For anyone who sleeps hot, the room also includes a sheet and a lighter liner blanket. The bathroom was spacious and especially nice, with an angled rain-style showerhead and a separate soaking tub. The staff throughout our stay were very friendly, professional and accommodating. Everything was decent besides the bath tub that was filled with hair that was not ours, Luckily I was only staying overnight for a wedding and could shower when I got home later in the day.
My stay was super comfortable. The rooms were large, clean and gorgeous

I'm shocked by the quality of these reviews. Let's start with the good. I was there to meet with Best Buy and it is a good location and pretty close to the airport. The lobby is nice and the gym is pretty good. The rooms look 20 years old, are dark, drab, and really not Westin level. Not sure what they have done with the pillows but they are nothing short of AWFUL. When I called down to ask them to bring up a different pillow, the phone was not picked up after 2 calls and waiting 5 minutes. I went down to the front desk and requested a pillow and they said they would send one up. They did not.
