Pros: Location to event center Cons: The staff was not friendly or helpful Overcharged for 2 rooms and still not corrected

Not really worth what you charge.
Pros: The bed was very comfortable and room very quiet. Cons: The coffee in the room is terrible, not enough cream and sugar. You really must do better! The refrigerator was not cold, maintenance did not replace. It took more than 4 minutes to get hot water. You need a better remote control for the TV.
