Lovely hotel! Great service
Pros: Lovely hotel !!! Decor great, service at restaurant great and valet doorman also! Loved that is pet friendly as well! Cons: Parking situation but no issues getting ticket.

Would never stay again
Pros: Very nice staff Cons: Unsafe/dilapidated part of town; EXTREMELY over priced mandatory valet ($40 for 12 hours); broken items in room; $10 fee for WIFI despite being a Bonvoy member

Wouldn’t recommend.
Pros: The restaurant inside. Wouldn’t stay here again. Cons: Waiting almost a hour after check in for my suite to be ready. Then waiting almost another hour for towels. It has been over a month and I’m still waiting on my “partial refund” and if you ever are warranted a refund I wouldn’t recommend booking through this app either their communication is very poor.
