Attentive, welcoming staff and high level cleanliness.
The property was very modern, the spa had amazing facilities and was not so busy, the staff were super welcoming and we also got upgraded free of charge due to birthday. I booked the hotel parking but due to the size of my car, It wouldn’t fit in the lift- the staff were very helpful and allowed me to park in another secure location.

Wonderful stays at The Westin London City – exceptional service I’ve stayed at The Westin London City many times, and it has consistently been a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable and well located, but what really makes a difference is the service. A very special thank you to Mohamed at the Front Desk, who has been incredibly helpful throughout my many stays. He always goes above and beyond to assist with any request and makes me feel genuinely welcome every time I return. His professionalism, kindness and attention to detail truly stand out. The best stay for my daughters first trip to London
Pros: It was modern and in a great location. The staff were friendly and the facilities were great. It was child friendly and my daughter loved the scooter. She also thoroughly enjoyed the scavenger hunt and it was lovely to get a picture of the both of us and a teddy. Cons: The only thing I thought they could have done, was put a biscuit or something nice in the hotel room. Everything else was perfect
